2. 수집하는 정보와 목적

수집하지 않는 것: 명소 밖에서의 연속 이동 경로, 연락처, 마이크. 사진은 건설할 때 직접 고른 한 장만 올리며 사진첩 전체를 읽지 않습니다. 광고가 없고 광고 식별자도 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 위치 정보
- "항상 허용"을 요청하는 이유: 화면이 꺼져 있어도 명소 안에 머문 시간을 세기 위해서입니다. "앱 사용 중에만"을 골라도 앱은 동작하지만 화면이 꺼진 동안은 시간이 쌓이지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 위치는 휴대폰에서 먼저 판정하고, 체류가 끝났을 때 그 체류의 위치 기록 묶음만 서버로 보냅니다 (카드 지급 확인).
- 추적 중에는 Android 알림("카드 수집 중")이 표시됩니다. 언제든 OS 설정에서 위치 권한을 끌 수 있습니다.
- 열린 도시 밖에서 앱을 켠 횟수: 다음에 열 도시를 고르기 위해 나라·도시 이름(휴대폰의 위치 이름 찾기로 구함)과 날짜별 횟수만 서버에 더합니다. 좌표·계정·기기 정보는 보내지 않습니다.
- 걸은 길은 휴대폰에만 저장합니다. 앱이 이미 받는 위치 일부를 휴대폰 저장소에 남겨 지도에 보여 줍니다. 서버로 보내지 않고, 30일이 지나면 자동으로 지워지며, 처음 기록할 때 한 번 묻고, 설정 → 걸은 길에서 끄거나 모두 지울 수 있습니다.
- 로그인 상태(세션 토큰)는 휴대폰의 보안 저장소(Android Keystore로 암호화)에 보관합니다. 비밀번호는 저장하지 않습니다.
4. 처리를 맡기는 곳과 국외 이전
서비스를 제공하기 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 맡기며, 이 정보는 서비스를 쓰는 동안 네트워크를 통해 해당 국가로 전송·보관됩니다.

EU 사용자의 정보는 표준 계약 조항(SCC) 등 적법한 이전 수단에 따라 이전합니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 계정을 삭제해 이전을 멈출 수 있습니다 (단, 서비스를 쓸 수 없게 됩니다).
5. 보관 기간
- 계정·카드·별점·코인·차단 목록·체류 위치 기록: 계정을 지울 때까지 (앱 안 계정 삭제로 바로 삭제)
- 카드용 원본 사진: 랜드마크 건설이 끝나면 바로 삭제. 검사·그림이 늦어지면 그 일이 끝난 직후 삭제. 건설하지 않고 그만두면 24시간 뒤 삭제. 사진으로 만든 카드 그림과 공개된 입구 사진은 랜드마크가 있는 동안 유지
- 카드 그림 생성 기록·검사 장애 기록: 90일 뒤 삭제
- 앱 오류 기록: 90일 뒤 삭제
- 결제(인앱 구매) 기록: 5년 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률). 계정을 지워도 이 기간 동안은 환불·분쟁 처리를 위해 보관한 뒤 삭제
6. 이용자의 권리
- 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지·데이터 받기·반대·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다 (qkrgustngkr@naver.com).
- 앱 안 계정 삭제: 설정 → 계정 관리 → 계정 삭제. 자세한 내용은 계정 삭제 안내.
- 사용자 차단: 리뷰·랜드마크·교환/선물 화면에서 차단하면 그 사람의 리뷰·랜드마크·선물이 보이지 않습니다. 설정 → 계정 관리에서 해제.
- 한국: 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972). EU: 거주국 감독기관에 민원을 낼 수 있습니다.
7. 처리 근거 (GDPR)
- 계약 이행: 계정, 카드 지급, 랜드마크 건설, 코인
- 동의: 위치(OS 권한), 카메라·사진(OS 권한)
- 정당한 이익: 위치 조작·부정 사용 방지(기기 ID, 체류 확인), 오류 수정
8. 아동
만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다 (EU는 회원국 기준 13–16세 미만).
9. 변경
중요한 내용이 바뀌면 앱 안과 이 페이지에서 미리 알립니다.

We do not collect: continuous movement routes outside landmarks, contacts, or microphone audio. Only the one photo you pick when building is uploaded; the app does not read your photo library. There are no ads, and no advertising ID is used.
3. Location in detail
- Why "Allow all the time": to keep counting the time you stay at a landmark while the screen is off. The app works with "Only while using the app", but time may not count while the screen is off.
- Location is evaluated on your phone first; only the location records of a finished stay are sent to the server to verify the card.
- While tracking, an Android notification ("Collecting a card") is shown. You can turn location access off in your phone's settings at any time.
- Opens outside our cities: to choose the next city, we add only the country and city name (found by your phone's reverse geocoding) and a daily count. No coordinates, account or device data are sent.
- Your walks stay on your phone. Some of the locations the app already receives are saved on your phone to show your walking trail. They are never sent to our server, are deleted automatically after 30 days, you're asked once before recording starts, and you can turn it off or delete everything in Settings → My walks.
- Your sign-in session token is kept in your phone's secure storage (encrypted with Android Keystore). Passwords are never stored.
4. Processors and international transfers
We use the providers below to run the service. Data is transferred over the network to, and stored in, these countries while you use the app.

Data of EU users is transferred under lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You can stop the transfer by deleting your account (you will no longer be able to use the service).
5. Retention
- Account, cards, ratings, coins, block list, stay location records: until you delete your account (in-app deletion is immediate)
- Original card photos: deleted as soon as the landmark is built; if a check or the drawing is delayed, right after it finishes; if you stop without building, after 24 hours. Card art and public entrance photos are kept while the landmark exists
- Card art generation logs and moderation failure logs: deleted after 90 days
- App error logs: deleted after 90 days
- In-app purchase records: 5 years, as required by the Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act. Kept for refunds and disputes even after you delete your account, then deleted
6. Your rights
- You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data (portability), objection, or withdrawal of consent (qkrgustngkr@naver.com).
- In-app account deletion: Settings → Account → Delete account. See Account deletion for details.
- Blocking: block a user from a review, landmark or trade/gift screen to hide their reviews, landmarks and gifts. Unblock in Settings → Account.
- EU users may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. Korean users may contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118).
7. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Contract: account, card grants, landmark building, coins
- Consent: location (OS permission), camera and photos (OS permission)
- Legitimate interests: preventing location spoofing and abuse (device ID, stay verification), fixing bugs
8. Children
Pinpal is not for users under 14 (in the EU, under 13–16 depending on the member state).
