Pinpal 계정·데이터 삭제
1. 앱에서 바로 지우기 (권장)
앱을 열고 설정 → 계정 관리 → 계정 삭제를 누르고 한 번 더 확인하면 바로 지워집니다.
2. 앱을 쓸 수 없을 때 — 이메일로 요청
앱을 지웠거나 열 수 없다면 아래 주소로 이메일을 보내 주세요.
- 제목: 계정 삭제 요청
- 본문: 앱에 로그인할 때 쓴 Google 계정 이메일 주소 (본인 확인을 위해 그 주소에서 보내 주세요)
- 로그인 계정까지 지울지 함께 적어 주세요 (아래 5번)
요청을 받으면 본인 확인 후 30일 안에 처리하고 결과를 이메일로 알려 드립니다.
3. 지우는 데이터
카드(발행 번호·나의 한마디), 방문·체류 기록(위치 기록 포함), 별점·한줄평, 코인 내역, 홀로그램 재도전 기록, 가볼 곳, 건설 원본 사진, 닉네임, 기기 기록, 차단 목록, 진행 중인 교환·선물 제안.
4. 남는 데이터

5. 로그인 계정
로그인 계정(Google 로그인 정보)은 같은 운영자의 다른 서비스와 함께 쓰일 수 있어 앱의 "계정 삭제"로는 지우지 않습니다. 로그인 계정까지 지우려면 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 다른 서비스 이용 여부를 확인한 뒤 지웁니다.
6. 휴대폰에만 있는 데이터
"걸은 길" 기록은 서버로 보내지 않고 휴대폰에만 저장됩니다. 앱의 설정 → 걸은 길 → 기록 모두 지우기로 지우거나, 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.

Delete your Pinpal account and data
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your data is deleted right away.
2. If you can't use the app — ask by email
If you've uninstalled the app or can't open it, email us:
- Subject: Account deletion request
- Body: the Google account email you sign in with (please send it from that address so we can verify it's you)
- Tell us whether you also want your sign-in account deleted (see 5)
We verify your request and process it within 30 days, then let you know by email.
3. What we delete
Your cards (edition numbers and notes), visit and stay records (including location records), ratings and reviews, coin history, hologram retry history, saved places, original building photos, nickname, device records, block list, and pending trade/gift offers.
4. What we keep

5. Your sign-in account
Your sign-in account (Google sign-in) may be shared with other services from the same operator, so the in-app "Delete account" does not remove it. To delete it as well, ask by email. We check whether you use other services and then delete it.
6. Data only on your phone
Your "My walks" trail is stored only on your phone and never sent to our server. Delete it in Settings → My walks → Delete all, or by uninstalling the app.
